Delivery terms and conditions

 

Buying before 15:00 o’clock – goods will be shiped the same day.
Delivery in Lithuania is FREE
Goods in Lithuania will be delivered to you within 1-3 days.

Choose your preferred delivery method:

1. Delivery of goods to Omniva is free of charge
2. Replenishment of ordered goods in the OK makeup salon is free of charge


 

1.1 Delivery of goods to Omniva Self-Loading

Courier delivery in Lithuania will be delivered to you within 1-3 days.

About the delivery of the shipment to the landing place, the Recipient shall be informed free of charge via SMS and e-mail.

Ships in major cities of Lithuania are delivered on Saturdays (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Utena).

The shipped Omniva ship is stored for 7 calendar days.

The consignee may withdraw the consignments from the cargos at any time of the day, because the cabinets are not tied to the working time of the objects standing beside them. Pawnbrokers are located in the most visited places.

 


 

2.1 Picking up the goods OK in the makeup salons?

If you notice a violation of the packaging during the acceptance of the shipment, immediately inform the courier or employee who has sent the shipment, ask for a package offense act.

After accepting the ordered item and signing the consignment document without any comments, the delivery is deemed to be delivered in a timely and orderly manner.

    

 

We can also deliver to other EU countries

Write to sveiki@o2skin.lt, we send it only in case of purchases exceeding 100 Eur.

Refund

The quality goods purchased on the Internet may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

• the returned item must be in the original order packaging;
• the product must be intact for the buyer;
• the product must not be used, it has not lost its appearance (the labels and protective films are intact, etc.);
• the returned item must be the same as the one purchased by the buyer;

If the packaging of the product is damaged or the visually apparently used goods are not returned, the money will not be returned.

If the conditions listed above are met, you should write a free request for return of the item indicating the name, the invoice number, the trade name and price, the account number where the refund should be made. You must also write that you agree that the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount of EUR 2

You must send this application by e-mail sveiki@o2skin.lt. When we receive the request and confirm it. You must send the item via courier to the address indicated. After receiving the goods and are sure that the item is not used, within 5 days we will refund the money to your account.

Bad goods are returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy of 2001. June 29 Order No 217 “Regarding the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items” approved by the Rules for the Repayment and Amendment of Items.

According to the decree of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, article 6.362, paragraph 4, quality cosmetic products (codes according to the combined goods nomenclature – 33.03 – 33.07) do not change and reverse
